VARIETIES 100% Godello
PRODUCTION AND AGEING Manual harvesting in 15 kg. perforated
boxes. Sorting table. Destemming, vatting with skins and pips for 24
hours. Afterwards, light pressing and alcoholic fermentation in
wooden vats. We use only indigenous yeasts. There is no pumping
over or racking. The wine ages in the wood, on its lees for 12
months. Two fudres selected for this special edition.
HARVEST DATE From 8 to 10 September 2020
TASTING Intense golden yellow colour. Soft aromas of white fruits
and flowers, light touches of pastry. Ample, glyceric and very elegant
on the palate. Intense and long aftertaste.
SOIL Clayey with limestone
VINEYARD Wire-trained vines located in the highest areas, between
600 and 850 metres above sea level, with a minimum age of 22
years. Their soils are poor as they are located on steep slopes, where
the soils retain little water and the roots are deep.
