Arriscado
Winery: Cuentaviñas
D.O.C. Rioja
Varieties: Viura and six other local grapes

Winemaking Process
The name Arriscado translates to "full of risks," which perfectly reflects the nature of this vineyard. The plot is composed of 55% limestone and gypsum rocks, resulting from colluvial sedimentation. These elements give the wine its distinctive stony character and mineral saltiness.

Tasting Notes
This wine exhibits an earthy profile, with a prominent stony texture combined with a sharp citrus note. It offers significant volume and salinity, reminiscent of some of the great white wines from iconic regions.
